Evoplay launches Player Space loyalty and retention ecosystem

Evoplay is betting that ongoing progression, not one-off promotions, will keep casino players coming back, and its own pilot data suggests those repeat visitors are worth more.

Game developer Evoplay made Player Space, a loyalty and retention ecosystem built around a 15-level Season Pass, available to its casino, aggregator, and platform partners on 2 November 2026. The launch follows a test run with selected operators, and the product works across desktop, mobile, and tablet.

How Player Space works

Users earn experience points (XP) as they play Evoplay titles, move up through the Season Pass levels, and collect Crystals that can be exchanged for rewards. The studio says the mix of immediate incentives and longer-term goals is meant to support retention and lead users to discover more of its games. According to Evoplay, partners can adapt the season structure, duration, and progression and reward mechanics to suit their audience.

Evoplay pitches Player Space as an alternative to the short life of traditional casino promotions, connecting separate gaming sessions into one ongoing journey across a season. It is the latest example of the progression-led casino gamification that suppliers are building into their games. It is designed to be switched on with minimal technical involvement from partners.

Early results from the pilot

Before the full launch, Evoplay gave a small group of partners early access during a pilot phase. In a case study published on 6 October 2026 with partner Kanggiten, Evoplay reported that around 30% of users across three partner systems were long-term returning users.

In one partner system, daily GGR rose 56%, daily rounds 54%, and daily bet sum 48% in the season after Player Space was connected, compared with the period before, according to Evoplay. Returning users made up around 23% of that season’s audience but generated 54% of its GGR, the company said.

Retention beyond single promotions

Ivan Kravchuk, chief executive officer (CEO) of Evoplay, said the product was built to give loyalty a longer arc than individual campaigns:

‘Player Space rethinks what a loyalty solution can be. We have created a complete ecosystem that gives players a sense of progression and purpose throughout their journey.’

Kravchuk added that, for partners, Player Space offers a new way to approach retention, making loyalty part of the wider entertainment experience and moving towards continuous, long-term engagement.

Part of a wider promotions push

The launch comes days after Evoplay announced a €1 million prize pool for the winter edition of Season of Legends, its network campaign of tournaments, Wheel of Fortune, and prize drops. The winter edition runs from December 2026 to February 2027 and adds a new Lucky Scratch Card mechanic. The studio has run network promotions at this scale before, including its Big Adventures campaign, which wrapped up in March 2026.

Evoplay also says Player Space was behind its Company Launch of the Year win at the European iGaming Excellence Awards (EiGE Awards) 2026 in Warsaw, one of four titles the studio collected, alongside Best iGaming CEO for Kravchuk.

The company reports its portfolio includes more than 250 slots, table, crash, and instant games.
